A fifteen-acre tiny-home village on Lake Robinson at Taylors, in the South Carolina upstate, with the Blue Ridge on the skyline. Homes are bought from the community and the land beneath them is leased, on a lease that ends when the home is sold. One monthly fee covers the utilities, the landscaping and the amenities.

A family-run RV park at the foot of Sequoia National Park in the San Joaquin Valley, twenty-five miles from the park entrance. Its rates page offers monthly spaces for tiny homes alongside the camping it is better known for.
