What this is

Land to Village is an informational service. It organizes research, questions, and connections about tiny-home communities and village-style living. It is not legal, financial, real-estate, zoning, or lending advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.

We are not a party to any transaction

Land to Village does not collect deposits, investments, or purchase commitments, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a community, landowner, founder group, or anyone else you connect with through this site. Nothing here creates an investment, purchase, membership, partnership, agency, or other legal relationship with Land to Village.

Listings and profiles may be incomplete

Community profiles and guides are researched by hand and may be incomplete or out of date. Each profile and guide names its sources and the date they were checked, so you can judge how current the information is yourself. Treat everything you read here as a starting point for your own verification, not a finished answer.

Corrections

If something looks factually wrong, use the “Suggest a correction” link on the relevant profile or guide. A person reads every report and checks it against sources before anything changes; submitting a correction does not change the page by itself and does not guarantee a reply or a specific review date.

Third-party sites and providers

This site links to, and in places embeds video from, sites we do not control - including community websites, operator pages, government and county records, and video platforms. Those sites are the responsibility of whoever runs them, including their own privacy and terms. Including a link or an embed is not an endorsement of the people, organization, or claims behind it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site’s forms to send spam, automated submissions, or information you know to be false. We may refuse or remove a submission that violates this, and some forms carry automated checks intended to screen out non-human submissions.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is, without a warranty that any information on it is complete, current, or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, Land to Village is not liable for decisions you make or outcomes you experience based on what you read or submit here. Nothing in this section limits a liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is the last time it was updated, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
